Dealing with anxiety, depression, social anxiety, panic attacks, aches and pains, self-sabotage, limiting beliefs, difficulty sleeping, stress or other symptoms, just getting through the day can be extremely challenging and can feel like you are just existing, not really living.
Clinical Hypnotherapy and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state of focused attention that allows people to control and change mental and physiological patterns that can not easily be changed in everyday awareness. This highly effective therapeutic process, accesses the subconscious mind to gain awareness of the root cause that is getting in the way moving forward. Hypnosis can provide rapid change because it utilises the powerful connection between the mind and body. It’s such an incredible way to release negative limiting beliefs, to re-wiring positive new self-empowering beliefs and positive behaviour.
This is followed by transformational suggestion hypnotherapy, to quickly release the negative effects your childhood messages and past experiences have had on you. This is a natural state of the mind, where your conscious mind relaxes.
How does this happen?
The subconscious mind becomes open and receptive to suggestions, enabling us to get to the root cause of your problem, to create permanent and lasting change. Re-framing and building new self-empowering beliefs that free you from the past. In one two hour session, we can break down blocks that are holding you back, to enable you to start living a more happy and balanced life.
What to expect from a Session
Step1: At the start of your session, we will discuss your expectations and I will take a brief history of the issue you are looking to change. A session can last anything from 90-120 minutes.
Step 2: Time to get into a deeply relaxed state, and delve into the subconscious mind where we easily recall scenes, uncover issues, and their underlying root cause. We go through a process of releasing false beliefs, reframing and letting go of what is no longer needed.
Step 3: You will receive a transformational, deep emotional healing recording, designed just for you. This will help your brilliant mind to guide you to achieve your desired outcome. This recording can be done either on your phone or I can record on mine and I will forward to you. The recording is part of the re-wiring to listen to for 21 days, to create new empowering, positive thoughts to re-wire your mind and keep you focused making the unfamiliar, familiar.
Step 4: I will keep in touch with you over the 21 days.
What Will My Session Feel Like?
During the session I will put you into a deep relaxing trance, this is so relaxing. This is nothing to worry about, as it is a state we experience all the time; if you’ve ever day dreamed, or become so absorbed in a book or film that you lose track of time, you have already experienced this natural state of mind. The experience feels different for everyone… some people feel really relaxed, some experience a floating sensation, other’s may feel sleepy.
Is Hypnosis Safe?
YOU have control throughout the session, you cannot be made to do, say, or think anything against your will. I simply guide you through the process, which will enable you to be in a deeply relaxed state.
As we identify the causes of your unwanted emotions or behavior's, we do this by accessing your subconscious mind, which stores all detail of your life, just like the hard-drive of a computer. IMAGINE understanding the root cause of the issue and being released from any negative beliefs that are holding you back?

"I did not have Rapid Transformational Therapy hypnosis in mind when I first went to see Georgina for work stress, but am glad I was open to it because it was really effective, and is continuing to help me get a lot more joy out of my life."
TIME LINE THERAPY
The goal of Time Line Therapy is to subtly and unconsciously change the client's behaviour patterns so that they can react to present experiences based on present conditions and not react to situations that present themselves today based on emotions linked to previous life events.
Time Line Therapy techniques and practical processes produce long-lasting transformation, with a minimum of discomfort to the client. Some examples of painful emotions include anger, rage, sadness, hurt, regret, fear, guilt, and remorse.
TLT also enables you to clear limiting beliefs that can leave you stuck in the past and stop you from creating what you want in your life. Both unwanted negative emotions and limiting beliefs influence every area of our lives.
Some examples of limiting beliefs are: “I don’t deserve it”, or “I am just not good enough”. Many clients with emotional issues get the result they want in hours, rather than months and years.
Where more complex conditions such as PTSD, trauma or physiological conditions are also involved, it may take a while longer. One of the main advantages of Time Line Therapy™ is that instead of talking about the problem week after week you get to do something about it. TLT is used in conjunction with clinical hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and together they provide a powerful therapeutic model.
Why is it important to release negative emotions attached to the past?
Unresolved negative emotions and can affect physical health and can lead to the development of symptoms and illness in the physical body. How we perceive stress and respond to it is influenced by unresolved emotional issues and can also influence the intensity of the stressful experience.
HOW TO JOURNAL – 8 Ways to Journal more Effectively
Journaling is one of my favourite self-mastery tools EVER!
How I began journaling years ago… I started writing in a pretty little notebook that I had been gifted. At the time I didn’t know how powerful this ACTION was until the time I wanted to move from my flat. I had a list of requirements about what I wanted but didn’t know where it would be, how I would afford it and HOW it was going to happen! What I did know was that I needed to be clear about what I was manifesting, so I said to my boyfriend at the time (now finance) let’s go for coffee and I’m going to write down ‘what we want’ we sat outside in the spring sunshine at a café in Winchester, that was April 2013… I took out my little notebook that I still keep and wrote down what we wanted, just like telling a story about my new house and how we were going to feel. I didn’t worry about the neatness, spellings, how it sounded. It just felt important to write. September 2013 a friend said they were putting their house on the market and wondered if we were interested! Lets just say we moved, AND we have moved again since! So many more miracles have happened since then… and that’s WHY I wanted to share with you the MAGIC of journaling that I am always recommending to clients.
8 Ways to Journal more Effectively
1. Choose a beautiful journal something that makes you want to write in it! You could be drawn to a colour that gives you inspiration, a journal that has a positive message written on the front or something luxurious such as a leather journal. You will know when you see it.
2. Get writing! Don’t be concerned about the ‘how’. There is a point to this. If you don’t put pen to paper you will never get started. Just begin and keep going, the more you allow yourself to write, you will surprise yourself. It is a great way to gain insights and let go of baggage.
3. Find Time to Journal Find a time in the day that suits you, make that time to get creative. There are times in the day that I just need my journal to hand, so that I can write down any ideas, reminders, goals that are important. Create a space that will help you FOCUS. Find a space in the day that suit you… it could be first thing in the morning with your cup of coffee, maybe before you go to bed at night.
4. Letting Go - Two very important words! We can hold on to so much and part of letting go is to dump and clear out anything that’s bothering you or on your mind, no matter how trivial or familiar these things seem. It will help you feel lighter in your body.
5. Asking for help - Yes when we commit to asking for help onto paper, this is very powerful… have faith that the answers will come. You will start to get insights or write about things you are processing.
6. Ask questions in your journal - Write a question, for example ‘How can I move forward in this situation?’ or ‘What can I learn from this?’ and trust that the answer will come. You will be surprised at how powerful this is… just be open to what comes.
7. Keeping your journal private - This is just for you so make sure you keep it safe and secure.
8. Issues that come up - This is perfectly normal and part of your healing, anything that comes up is there for a reason and needs to be processed. Giving yourself time to listen and process whatever is going on, you are creating the opportunity for it to be cleared from your mind. Whatever emotions you are feeling, get them down on paper, just scribble away that anger, hurt, disappointment and release it onto paper. Notice how much better you feel afterwards.
Embrace Your New Habit
Things happen in your brain when you commit words to paper, those ideas that come into your mind could be very useful information and if we don’t put pen to paper those ideas could just filter away. Journaling helps to strengthen neural pathways, giving the brain time for reflection and helps with decision-making. I love to journal my goals and the action I am taking towards them, because it makes them happen. DOING this ACTION takes you towards what you DO want. Journaling can help people cope better with anxiety and stressful events, help you gain CLARITY that brings a sense of calm and control in your life. I find that journaling really helps to quiet the mind and logging on paper what is important helps you FOCUS more on what you want in your life.
Journaling connects us to our INNER POWER and WISDOM. When we are CONNECTED to ourselves, we know what we need TO DO to create the change we desire. So now you have some idea of HOW to make this tool work for you and to journal more effectively.
If you are struggling to let go of issues that come up, I am here to help and support you through your journey of change.
I have a Journaling workshop coming soon, please do message me for more information on 07737053772.
Do let me know how you are getting on with your journaling experience... I would love to hear from you!
Finding Your Purpose
It was the summer of 2004; I sat at my desk in an office arriving bang on 9am, not a minute earlier. The sun was shining and here I was stuck sat in an office. A pile of post was put on to my desk, I remember looking at this pile of post thinking 'what am I doing with my life?' I was a Mum taking care of two young boys relying on me to be everything. I’m not going to lie, it was hard but I loved having my children and my intention was to be the best Mum I could be. However I was very unhappy in my work, but it was all I new and back then I was hiding behind a mask because I didn’t like myself and never felt good enough.
That day I received in the post a random prospectus from Eastleigh College, I had a flick through and Holistic Therapies jumped out at me. Having never had the luxury of having treatments, I didn’t know anything about it BUT what I did know was that it was a calling. I ended up carrying this prospectus around with me for 2 weeks, wondering HOW I was going to be able to CHANGE my life with no money available, already a very limiting belief.
What I did know was that I had a fire in my belly that was telling me to DO something to create change so I did. I took ACTION, to make my idea a reality.
I am now living the life that I have manifested through finding my PURPOSE, because I found the COURAGE to step out of my COMFORT ZONE.
ACHIEVEMENT
Feeling a sense of achievement... I have worked hard on getting out of a place of fear and just jumping on my board. It has taken focus and determination to get there but I new what I wanted to achieve and I’ve got there... Raphael is now 20 kilos and when he moves on the board I have to be ready for any sudden movements. My Springer of course loves to move up and down the board, he’s busy but so much fun. I’ve really worked on facing the fear of falling in... especially in the freezing cold weather ?it could have been a disaster today, however the worst that could have happened would be getting wet and cold... actually it was so worth it and I didn’t fall in. I encourage you to STEP OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE... taking small steps each time you do will widen your thoughts and beliefs about what you’re capable of doing. So I encourage you to set a goal that you want to achieve, make it happen ?? you can DO IT!
Feeling Lost and Alone? How to connect with yourself again
Feeling lost, lonely, sad and stuck? Desperate to get away from an unfulfilling life that has no purpose; this is what I hear a lot from potential clients. As we know, life has its ups and downs and can just feel too much to deal with at times. Overwhelm and struggles become all to familiar and there has to be a way out.
What do we do?
Often closing ourselves down and shutting ourselves off to not feel because it feels too painful to connect with how we are really feeling. Our minds are very clever as we are wired to move away from pain however this leaves us with a deep sense of feeling lost and alone.
How do I move forward?
Most of us know what we don’t want, but focusing on this just gives us the ‘same old’ life and feelings. When I ask clients “what do you want?” they often say to feel content and at peace and often not able to even contemplate anything else. Once we start working together, the feedback is that clients are amazed at what can come out of a session working with me. Enabling them to get clarity, which creates positive change towards connecting not only with yourself with others too.
Being clear about where you are now and what you want, this is a great exercise that you can do…
Take a piece of A4 paper and draw a circle in the middle, in the centre write ‘ME NOW’, then put lines from that circle... then put down all your negative thoughts. Then tear up that piece of paper and set an intention to let that all go.
THEN take another piece of paper same layout… in the middle write ‘MY FUTURE'. Then write down all your desires, about what you want, how you want to feel, relationship, career…
How are you feeling now? Are you starting to connect with yourself? Any ideas you have, write them down and make an action plan as to how you are going to move forward.
If you have come this far, I am here to help you... just reach out by dropping me an email, text or phone.
