“I started my mindfulness yoga journey with Georgie a while ago and at first I found it hard to focus on my breathing and relax into the poses. As time went on listening to georgies soothing voice I found I was naturally relaxing and breathing deeper into each position. During this time I unfortunately lost my sister and the sessions helped me cope with my loss by taking my mind off all the things happening during those first weeks. A couple of weeks ago during a session I suddenly saw a vision of myself and my sister with her two dogs sitting on our favourite bench in the test valley in very bright golden sunshine and she turned and smiled at me as if to tell me that she was okay and still watching over me. I feel that without georgies guidance during her sessions this would not have happened.”
