“I started my mindfulness yoga journey with Georgie a while ago and at first I found it hard to focus on my breathing and relax into the poses. As time went on listening to georgies soothing voice I found I was naturally relaxing and breathing deeper into each position. During this time I unfortunately lost my sister and the sessions helped me cope with my loss by taking my mind off all the things happening during those first weeks.
